i'm unsure of your family, but our family, on vacation, rises early. the kid's and i must have this internal alarm because 5-6 o'clock rolls around and our eyes just pop! open. ding! rise and shine!
throughout our ten-day stay, we were greeted by family after family member
higoodmorninghowareyou?
the pleasure of seeing all their smiling faces was one of the best things about this vacation. so, on this morning, it was grandma d, mark and aunt margie. with jack still in jammies, we walked the 150 feet to the beach. dylan talked to aunt margie, familiarized herself with the sand and swiped jb's shades. she's at such a fun age to witness. full of wonder and amazement with everything she explores.
hi, dylan.
after breakfast, we headed down to wailea. we have a favorite beach that we introduced to all that wanted to join us. throughout the week, we would run into family

that look...
this could have ended badly for the nikon.
don't get me started on these little dudes...
Love the clouds in the first picture! I can't believe Jack didn't freak out about all the sand on him. He looks adorable covered in sand, wearing a smile and running free. He does fit into the surfer dude role well :)
ReplyDeletethe only time he whined about the sand was when it got in his eyes. otherwise, he's got the "washing off" in the ocean down! he loves sand-free hands, i might add. he was totally in his element.
